We’ve planted Grapes!
In cooperation with university staff, we've planted two grape varieties - Solaris and Souvigner Gris - early spring in Jasienica. The experiment took place under the watchful eye of experts.
Social responsibility and the cultivation of regional customs are core values of Mundivie. For years, we have worked closely with scientific institutions, conducting research on plants, herbs and their cultivation. Together with the promotion departments of municipalities and authorities, museums and associations of lovers of particular regions, we research their history, traditions, customs, so as to recreate and give new life to all those products forgotten by history and bring them to market.
- May 2023 - together with university experts, we've planted two grape varieties in Jasienica.
- June/July 2023 - grape peeling took place, which involves meticulously removing excess leaves from shaded fruit.
- August 2023 - the vineyard supervisor marked the vine areas: Solaris and Souvignier Gris.
