Mundivie is pleased to share with you the news of another bottling of Wild Fields Polish Whisky. Our company, together with world-renowned master blender, Mr John McDougall, has bottled Polish whisky aged in Sherry wine casks, bringing out new limited editions of Wild Fields Sherry Cask.
Ageing is a process that requires time and patience. It is one of the final stages of making alcohol - including Wild Fields whisky. Ageing involves keeping the drinks in casks in special ageing cellars in order to clarify the liquid and improve its taste and aroma. The limited edition ๐ช๐ถ๐น๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐น๐ฑ๐ ๐ฆ๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ Cask ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ถ๐๐ต ๐ช๐ต๐ถ๐๐ธ๐ from Sherry wine casks is distilled in a small batch, at a single distillery. It is aged for a minimum of three years in 250 litre American oak casks in which the Sherry wine was matured. Unchill-filtered and undyed, it has fully retained the flavour and colour from the cask.
